ROLAND MOURET | Dir: Lee Ford

Designer Mouret is portrayed in the surreal film by a young boy who watches his father hacking through meat at a butcher's bench. The concept plays on a time when Mouret first became inspired to be a dressmaker when he would watch his butcher father work. He has credited his father's technique of folding over his apron - to cover the blood stains and reveal a clean spot - as a big influence in his designs, which often feature folding of fabric in a similar manner.
